Return and Refund Policy

Please read carefully before you place your order.

We thoroughly check each item at the factory and again before we ship your order. We also pack each item securely ensuring that you will not receive damaged items.

Keep in mind that the screen and the colour settings you are using may not portray an accurate representation of the products true colour and details. Our photos are taken by professional studio photographers and are not colour edited.

If you have any concerns you will need to inform us within 7 days from the date of receipt of your order.

It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer an exchange or return if:

  • Wrong products delivered
  • Missing products in the order
  • Damaged products delivered
  • Expired products delivered

In the situation you ask for a return of an item, it must meet the below requirements:

  • The item must be in its original packaging,
  • The item has absolutely no marks or stains,

We would request you to share the images of the products when you send us an email.

How are returns/replacements processed?

  • Once we receive a return/replacement request, we will send our courier partner to pick up the product. This will be arranged within 2 working days of raising the return/replacement request
  • In case our reverse pickup is not available at your pin code, we will request you to self-ship the products through any reliable courier partner. We will reimburse you the courier charges to your Ac.
  • Once we receive the products, we will quickly process the refunds/replacements. Please note that if the replacement product is unavailable, we will process a refund


How are refunds processed?
The following is applicable for prepaid orders

  • Refunds for cancellations will be processed into  the same payment mode using which the payment was made. This amount will reflect in your wallet within 24 hours of cancellation
  • Refunds for returns will be initiated within 2 working days of receipt of the returned items. This refund will be processed into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.
  • Refunds for edited orders will be processed into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.- for instance, prepaid orders which have been subsequently edited to remove certain items.

Shipping Policy

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipments may be delayed by a few days at times when we are experiencing a high volume of orders. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Delivery delays can occur at times.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer that includes tariffs, taxes, etc.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

At the time of placing your order, depending on your shipping address, an estimated time of delivery would be shared with you. As we maintain inventory of all products that we sell on our Website,you can be rest assured that the products will be dispatched within 24 – 48 hours of you placing the order. We aspire to get your product delivered within 2-7 days of you placing your order with us depending on the geography you are ordering from to the shipping address mentioned at the time of placing your order but at times owing to unforeseen circumstances and delays, deliveries can take slightly longer. Please note that NightBlue Naturals will try its level best to make sure that you receive your order as soon as possible but NightBlue Naturals is not liable for any delay in delivery by our logistics partner.

NOTE:  As such for the time being, we cannot commit on delivery timelines. We do request you to bear with us in the case of slight delays. As per safety protocols while we are currently accepting online orders to ship within India, due to changing nature of the situation, we reserve our right to pause deliveries at any time if so warranted.

What time of the day will my order be delivered?

Our logistic partner will make sure to give you a call before delivering the product at the shipping address provided by you at the time of placing your order with us. Please make sure you are available to receive the calls as usually after 3 (three) failed attempts of trying to deliver the products at the shipping address mentioned, the product shall be returned to our warehouse. 

What are the shipping charges applicable on my order?

Shipping and handling charges may vary based on the product ordered, packaging size and other considerations. This amount will be charged to your total bill at the time of placing your order with us on the Website. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and you will be informed of the same before making payment of the order placed.
